Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
The iron is plugged in but
ArmorGlide soleplate is cold.
No steam released.
Steam Burst not working.
No spray mist released.
ArmorGlide soleplate is too
cool.
Water leaks from ArmorGlide
soleplate.
Damage to fabric.
Flakes and impurities come
out of the ArmorGlide soleplate
holes during ironing.

The meaning of the crossed-through waste bin symbol on the appliance is the
product must be disposed of separately to other household waste at the end of
the useful life of the appliance. The user is responsible for delivering appliance
to an appropriate collection center at that time.
Appropriate separate collection for environment-friendly treatment and recycling prevents or
reduces harmful effect on the environment and human health. You can obtain information on
available collection services in your area by contacting your local Council waste collection
department, or the retailer from which you bought the appliance.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Electrical outlet does not work.
There is a connection problem.

Plug in to another outlet.
Check if the plug is inserted in the outlet
properly.
Set the temperature setting to a higher
temperature.
Fill the Water Tank using instructions
found in this manual.
Turn the Steam Selector to Steam ON
position.
Fill the Water Tank using instructions
found in this manual.
Press the Burst of Steam Button a few
times until Steam Burst is released.
Fill the Water Tank using instructions
found in this manual.
Press the Spray Button a few times until
spray mist is released.
Turn Temperature Control Dial until you
reach the correct (higher) temperature
setting.
Set temperature setting to Max position
using the Temperature Control Dial.
Turn the Steam Selector to (
before refilling Water Tank.
Press Steam Button slower and press only
2-3 times.
Follow the garment guide or test the in-
side of the garment before ironing. Adjust
temperature setting accordingly.
Perform Self-Cleaning one or more times.
