Additional Safety and Operation Instructions
Read instructions carefully and get familiarized
with the controls and proper use of the brush
cutter model Master 1000 and Master 3000.
Use the equipment during daylight or under good
lighting only.
Before use, inspect the brush cutter power
supply cord and the extension cord, looking for
damage or wear signs. If the power supply cord is
damaged during usage, immediately disconnect
it from power supply Do not touch the power
supply cord before turning off the power supply.
Do not use the apparatus if the power supply cord
is damaged or worn.
Never operate the equipment with damaged
protections or without them.
When using the machine, always wear proper
footwear and pants.
Do not operate the equipment when using
sandals or barefoot.
Always be careful with your steps in inclined
areas (slopes and small elevations).
Wear non-skid footwear in inclined areas.
Use the equipment during daylight or under good
lighting only.
When working, walk, do not run.
If the equipment starts vibrating, turn it off and
immediately disconnect from the power supply.
Then verify the cause of vibration once it indicates
that the equipment needs adjustments or repairs.
Frequently verify if all screws are well fixed.
Before using, make sure the nylon thread spool is
correctly fixed in the model Master 1000 and if
the blade is correctly fixed in the models Master
1000/3000. Visually inspect the cutting blade,
verify if it is not damaged or without cut. Replace
the blade and screws damaged or worn in order
to preserve its balance.
In the brush cutter Master 1000 only use the nylon
thread recommended on page 29.
Attention!
Whenever
cleaning
operation in the models Master 1000 and
Master 3000, first make sure the equipment
is off, the spool of cutting blade is stopped,
remove the extension cord from the wall
outlet and then perform cleaning or
maintenance.
The brush cutter Master 3000 must not
operate using a spool with nylon thread.
Due to low rotation, the engine will suffer
overheating and overload, causing cut
deficiency and burnt of the engine.
