Assembling of Protection Device Master 1000/3000
For the brush cutter model Master 1000/3000, pick
the protection device (1), fix it in the guide-bore
in the aluminum tube (2), put the clip (3), the flat
washers (4) and screws (5) and fasten the nut (6),
according to figure 1.
For Master 1000 with blade, remove the protection
extension (7) that is fixed in the cutting blade (8),
release the lock (9) in the protection device (1) and
pull in the opposite direction of the stopper (10)
removing the protection extension (7), put it back
when using the nylon spool, according to figure 2.
Attention!
When using the nylon spool in the

side brush cutter Master 1000, it is
mandatory the use of protection device
and protection extension - Because the
nylon thread cutting blade that regulates
the nylon thread length is fixed to it, and
it avoids the overload and the subsequent
burning out of the engine.
How to Assemble the Nylon Spool - Master 1000
Make sure the ON/OFF switch is off and the extension

disconnected from the power supply.
Support the equipment in a flat surface, leaving the

spool up and the handlebars down.
With the spanner wrench (1) release and remove

the fastening nut (2), also using the lock pin (6),
introducing in the fitting hole, according to showed
in figure 4, remove the height limiting (3) and the
support flange. When releasing the height limiting
one must make sure to hold the sealer (5) so it is not
removed from the place, according to indication in
figure 3.
Next, according to figure 4, insert the lock pin (1) in

the fitting hole existing in the sealer (2) in a way that
coincides with the bore in the base of the spool (3) to
assemble the lock.

Then, assemble the spool fixation (4) in the

equipment, rotating in counterclockwise.
Never use the equipment without the nylon thread

cutting blade (5) that is fixed in the protection device
extension.
Attention!
Do not use the nylon spool without the protection
device, because the protection located in the nylon
thread cutting blade that regulates the maximum
nylon thread length avoiding the overload and
subsequent burning out of the engine.
