4. This lamp is approved for indoor use only. Do not keep
close to windows or direct sunlight.
5. Unplug the lamp fixture if it is not being used for extended
periods of time.
6. This lamp has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the
FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference
to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment on and off, the user is encouraged to
try to correct the interference by one or more of the following:
-- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-- Increase the separation between the lighting unit and
receiver.
-- Connect the lighting unit into an outlet on a circuit other
than the outlet which the receiver is connected.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the base (D) on a flat surface, carefully pull out
any excess power cord through the bottom arm (B) while
assembling to prevent the cord from becoming twisted.
2. Insert the bottom arm (B) into the base (D), place the
washers (H) and the big screws (C) onto the base (D), and
then secure by the longer Allen wrench (I) which is included.
3. Insert the upper arm (A) into the bottom arm (B). Insert
the small screws (E) into the aligned holes, then tighten the
small screws (E) with the short Allen wrench (J) which is
included.
4. Insert the DC jack of the power cord (F) into the power
adaptor (G). Then insert the plug adapter (G) into the
electrical outlet.
5. Use the 3 way touch switch on the bottom arm (B) to
adjust the brightness to meet your needs. Touch Switch with
three Step Dimming Low, Medium, High, and Off.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To clean: use a soft, dry cloth only.
2. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning solutions.
