combustible fuels and a fire will result if charcoal is used during operation. The fire will create an
unsafe condition and damage the appliance. Use ONLY wood pellets designed for use with this
appliance.
• DO NOT use lighter fluid, petrol, gasoline, kerosene or any flammable liquids or gels, to start or
accelerate a fire.
• In order to maintain optimal performance, cleaning the smoker after each use is highly
recommended. Wait until the appliance has completely cooled before cleaning. Refer to the Care
and Maintenance section on Page 26.
