OPERATION
1 Start the engine. Warm the oil before extracting it.
NEVER RUN THE ENGINE WHILE OIL IS BEING EXTRACTED.
2 Screw the suction hose onto the inlet connector (IN), then screw the discharge hose onto
the outlet connector (OUT), taking care not to overtighten.
3 When the oil is warm enough, insert the suction hose (IN) into the gauge well or the
opening of the oil filler. Ensure that the diameter of the opening is big enough to insert the
pipe. Do not force the hose into the opening.
4 Place the discharge hose in an empty container, ensuring that the container is big enough
to safely hold all the oil in the engine.
5 After ensuring that the drainer switch is in the off position, connect the drainer to the
battery terminals. Connect the black clamp to the negative "-" terminal of the battery first,
then the red clamp to the positive "+" terminal of the battery.
6 Turn on the pump by operating the switch.
7 If priming difficulties occur, play with the suction hose so that it is well in the oil.
8 Once all the oil has been extracted, switch off the pump and carefully remove the suction
hose from the engine.
9 To keep the plastic hoses clean for storage purposes, remove any oil residue from the
hoses after use.
