Usage
Solution
Check that the battery is properly inserted
into the slot. If the battery is correctly
positioned and there is still the error,
recharge the battery and try again, replace
the battery if the error does not go away.
Start-up error may be caused by: motor
breakage, transmission breakage or
disconnected/damaged motor cables.
Contact a Stocker specialist dealer to
check the tool.
An error occurred during cutting and/or
the chainsaw was working too hard. Stop,
unjam the chainsaw and try cutting again.
If the temperature sensor is faulty, it can
cause overheating of the chainsaw and
possible injury to people or damage to
property. Contact a Stocker specialist
dealer to check the tool and replace the
printed circuit board (PCB).
The chainsaw has been overworked
and the temperature of the electronic
components is above 90°C. Allow the tool
to cool down before resuming work.

Cleaning and maintenance
After two years of intensive use, we recommend a complete check and
maintenance of the chainsaw. Contact your local dealer.
Cleaning and maintenance operations must be performed with the chainsaw off,
with the chain stopped and the battery disconnected.
