damp environment, resulting in user injury and damage to the chainsaw itself.

6.

vironment where combustible or explosive materials are present. This may result in serious
injury or death and property damage.

Electrical safety

1.
Avoid body contact with earthed surfaces such as pipes, radiators, taps and refrigerators. If
your body is not grounded, it will increase the risk of electric shock.
2.
Do not expose the power tool to rain. Water inside the power tool will increase the risk of
electric shock.
3.
If recharging the battery in a damp place is unavoidable, use a residual current device
(RCD). The use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
4.
The plug of a power tool must correspond to the socket and must not be modified in any
way. No replacement plug must be used, because a power tool must be earthed. Unmodi-
fied plugs and corresponding sockets reduce the risk of electric shock.
