1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

-
Ensure that the acceptance predispositions of the mixer comply with local, national and
European regulations.
-
Observe the information in this manual;
-
Do not perform makeshift electrical connections with temporary or non-insulated wiring.
-
Check that the earthing of the electrical system is efficient;
-
Always use individual safety devices and other means of protection as required by law.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

The environmental conditions of the place where the machine is installed must have the following
characteristics:
-
be dry;
-
appropriately separate water and heat sources;
-
adequate ventilation and lighting that comply with the standards of hygiene and safety
required by law;
-
flooring must be flat and compact to facilitate thorough cleaning;
-
no obstacles of any kind must be placed in the immediate vicinity of the machine that could
affect its normal ventilation.
In addition, the user must:
-
ensure that children do not come into contact with the machine in operation;
-
observe the instructions provided in this manual;
-
not remove or tamper with the safety devices of the machine;
-
always use extreme caution, i.e. monitor their work and not use the machine when
distracted;
-
perform all operations in conditions of maximum safety and confidence;
-
follow the instructions and warnings highlighted by the signs displayed on the mixer.
The plates are safety devices and such must always be perfectly legible. If found to be damaged
and illegible, they must be replaced, requesting an original substitution form the manufacturer.

After each use, before cleaning, maintenance or handling of the machine, always switch off
the power supply.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
-
Comply with the requirements indicated in this manual;
-
Always use individual safety devices and other means of protection;
-
Before commencing any maintenance operation ensure that the mixer, where it has been
used, has cooled (electric motor);
-
If even one of the safety devices is incorrectly calibrated or is not working, the mixer should
be considered as not working;
-
Disconnect the power supply before working on the electrical and electronic parts and the
connectors.
