CHOICE AND INSTALLATION OF TOOLS
3 tools are provided in the packaging that can be used for different processes. The choice of tool
is essential to obtain an optimal result and must be made at the beginning of each job.
The tools provided are as follows:
1 - Wire whip: to whip low-viscosity mixes such as eggs and creams (SPEED 2 – 3)
2 - Flat whip: for mixes to be combined composed of different ingredients such as cake mixes
(SPEED 1-2, NEVER EXCEED SPEED 2 TO AVOID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE)
3 - Hook: for leavened dough such as those for pizza or bread
(SPEED 0-1, NEVER EXCEED SPEED 1 TO AVOID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE)
Turn the release lever of the moveable head counter-clockwise and raise the former.
Insert the motor shaft of the mixer into the hole provided on the tool selected, press the tool
upwards and simultaneously rotate it counter-clockwise to the furthest point and then release the
tool down to obtain complete fixture between the two components.
WORK PHASE
Before commencing each work cycle ensure the machine is perfectly clean, especially the bowl
surfaces and tools that come into contact with foodstuffs.
Rotate the side lever C counter-clockwise and lift the mixer moveable head D turning it
clockwise.
