After lifting the head D turn the bowl counter-clockwise and lift it from the base of the mixer to
remove it and pour into it the desired ingredients and quantity type.
Return the bowl to the base and turn it clockwise to secure it, rotate the side lever C again
counter-clockwise and lower the moveable head D until it is completely locked in a horizontal
position.
Never start the machine with the bowl empty or with the moveable head raised.
Press the OFF/ON switch A and slowly turn the selector B into position "1", "2" or "3" according
to the desired speed.
If necessary, to slightly modify the characteristics and/or the consistency of the initial dough, pour
the ingredients of the bowl through the hole in the plastic protection E.
Upon completion of the work cycle, stop the machine by turning the selector knob B to the "0"
position and press the OFF/ON switch A, lift the moveable head, remove the bowl and remove
its contents. Finally clean the machine.

Before removing the mixture always perform the switch off procedure.

SAFETY DEVICES

The mixer is equipped with several safety devices to protect the user, i.e. a plastic moveable
protection device that makes the inside of the bowl inaccessible when the moveable head is
lowered.

Before proceeding with the work phase check each of the various safety devices. They are
efficient when:
- the plastic guard is firmly attached to the moveable head of the machine;
- the inside of the tank is completely inaccessible as a result of the plastic protection when the
moveable head is lowered.

SWITCHING OFF

To switch off the mixer turn the selector B to the "0" position and press the OFF/ON switch A.
