Endurance training: Stand on the device as shown. Hold the
power cords in front of your chest with your palms facing
each other. Slowly lower your arms and move them slightly
backwards, allow them to straighten. Then bring them back
to their starting position. You can alternate arms or move
both arms simultaneously. To increase exercise intensity,
choose to exercise while kneeling.
Transportation
You can move the device by grasping the handles on both sides of the device.

Shoulders / arms: Stand on the device, hold the power cords
and extend your arms to waist height at your sides.
With your palms facing down and your arms slightly bent at
the elbow, raise both arms to shoulder height and then move
them back to the initial position. Perform several repetitions
of this movement.
