PREPARING FOR USE
CAUTION: Unplug from outlet before adding water.
1. Wash items to be sterilized in hot, soapy water and rinse well.

2. Position the appliance on a level, heat-resistant surface.

3. Remove the lower rack, tray and lid from the base.

4. Fill the measuring cup to the solid FILL LINE (110 mL) with NON-MINERAL BOTTLED WATER
and pour the water ONTO THE HEATING PLATE. For Dry Only function, do not add water.
Note: For best performance, use non-mineral bottled water and descale monthly.
Water with minerals may shorten the life of this appliance.
CAUTION: DO NOT EXCEED the recommended amount of water.

1. Place the lower rack on the base. Arrange bottles or cups upside down over prongs and add
small items in remaining space. If using Dr. Brown's® bottles, see below for suggested
arrangements.
2. Stack the tray on top of the lower rack and add additional small items.

Note: This appliance can sterilize any item that can withstand boiling water, such as
pacifiers/soothers, teethers, toys and utensils.

3. Place the lid on top of the tray. Ensure that the lid fits securely on the tray without any gaps.

4. Plug into wall outlet.
