TROUBLESHOOTING:
Problem

manual control).
The electrical field

Remedy
Check the filter/impeller for obstructions.
Clean the filter/impeller with warm water and
soap (do not use any chemical detergents).
Disconnect the pump and test the flow
through the piping. Clean the piping inside as
required.
Replace all reduced bore couplings and all
collapsed, deformed and kinked piping.
Check the battery charge and recharge as
required.
Check the filter/impeller for obstructions.
Clean the filter/impeller with warm water and
soap (do not use any chemical detergents).
Disconnect the pump and test the flow
through the piping. Clean the piping inside as
required.
Replace the fuse.
Check the battery charge and recharge or
replace as required.
Contact the manufacturer's service.
Failed ON/OFF switch.
Pool installation location of the automatic cut-
out switch. Contact the manufacturer's
service.
Failed float cut-out/electrical field switch.
Contact the manufacturer's service.
Check that there is nothing loose or moving in
the bilge to interfere with the float's
movement. Remove everything loose/moving
from the bilge or guard off the float's location.
Ensure free movement of the float cut-out
switch.
Incorrect pump orientation: make sure the
installation conforms to the installation
instructions for the pump.
