Manual Cleaning without Cleaning Tools
_ Pre-cleaning
Remove contaminants on the surface with a cloth or soft bristle brush under running tap water.
For products with moving parts, perform cleaning while moving all parts (see "2 Moving Parts of Each Product").
≤ 38°C, ≥ 3.5 L/min, ≥ 30 sec.
Water quality: Drinking water
_ Cleaning
1 Prepare cleaning solution in the cleaning tank under the
following conditions (prepare the cleaning solution according to
the instructions of the detergent manufacturer).

* Detergent used for validation:
neodisher MediZym (DR. WEIGERT)
2 Immerse the product in the cleaning tank for 20 - 30 min.

purposes (pH 7.0 - 8.0)

3 Thoroughly rinse the dirt released in immersion as well as the
detergent under running tap water.

Water quality: Drinking water
4 Rinse the product surface with distilled, deionized or
demineralized water.
