easy-foaming food. For example, apple juice, food made
with corn, pasta and so on. When cooking these food,
you must be much more careful.
12. Do not put food in the cooker for a long time, espe-
cially acid, alkaline or sugary food.
13. Do not put other things on the pressure control
valve. Otherwise, it will lead to the abnormal pressure
and cause hidden safety troubles (Picture 6).
14. When cooking sticky food such as the congee, you
should not cool it by watering the upper part of pres-
sure cooker. If so, the cooking liquid will flow out of the
cooker, which will cause danger (Picture7 ).
15. If using the cooker on gas stoves, you should be sure
that the flame does not burn the handles.
16. You must stop heating when the steam is expelled
from the overpressure plug or decompression window.
Do not use it again before finding and solving the problem.
17. Cooking appliances should be placed in a stable place with the handles positioned to
prevent spillage of hot liquids.
