8. Filtering systems

Friction
The friction of the compressed air with the walls of the unit produces a decanting of solid and
liquid particles deposited at the bottom of the unit's deposit.
Spinning
The compressed air is forced through the porous bronze filter, in a descending flow, and genera-
ting an increase in speed to, later, carry out a sharp change in an ascending direction that produ-
ces a new decanting of the liquid particles that were in condensation.
Sintered Bronze
The compressed air is forced through the porous bronze filter, where the solid particles are elimi-
nated, and which are decanted and settle at the bottom of the deposit.
5100X model
Purifier/Regulator of the compressed air pressure coming from
the general network.
Friction and spinning Filtering System + 8 micron Bronze Filter.
Application: Pre-filtering of solid and liquid impurities in the air
from the general network.
5200X model
Purifier unit with controlled air regulation and Purifier / Regula-
tor of compressed air pressure, in two stages, coming from the
general network.
Friction and spinning Filtering System + 8 micron Bronze Filter
and Coalescent Filter (0.01 microns).
Application: Filtering of solid and liquid impurities in the air
from the general network.
5100X / 5300X PLUS model
Purifier unit, Purifier /Regulator and Purifier (Active carbon
Filter) of the pressure of the compressed air from the general
network.
Friction and spinning Filtering System + 8 micron Bronze Filter
and Coalescent and active Carbon Filter.
Application: Filtering of solid and liquid impurities in the air
from the general network, retention of organic vapours by
means of active carbon, even to make it breathable.
