• Until the first few days of your

To use the Gymform® Electro
Fat Reducer you must obtain
permission from your doctor or
physiotherapist:
• If you have back problems. You
should also make sure that you
keep the intensity at low levels.
• If you have a serious illness or
injury not mentioned in this section.
• If you have recently had surgery.
• If you take insulin because of
diabetes.
When applying the belt, always
remember:
• Place the large belt ONLY on the
abdominals.
• Place the small belt ONLY on the
areas indicated below.
• Do not place the belt, or use
the product: on the neck, chest
and back in such a way that the
electricity passes through the heart
(i.e. one patch on the chest and one
on the back, on the genitals, scars,
moles, varicose veins, or on the
head.
• Do not place the device on recent
scars, inflamed skin, infected or
acne prone areas, thrombosis,
other vascular problems (varicose
veins), or any part of the body with
limited sensation.
• Do not place on areas of injury
or limited mobility (fractures or
sprains).
• Do not place Gymform® Electro
Fat Reducer directly over metal
implants. They should be placed
over the nearest muscle.
Possible adverse reactions:
There are isolated reports of
skin reactions from the use of
electrostimulation units, including
allergies, prolonged skin redness
and acne. If you experience any of
these symptoms, turn the unit off
and consult your physician.
If you have never done a Gymform®
Electro Fat Reducer programme
before, or if it has been a long time
since you last did one:
Consult your GP.
Cautions:
• Do not use Gymform® Electro Fat
Reducer while sleeping or drowsy.
• Do not use Gymform® Electro
Fat Reducer when your body is in
contact with water.
• Keep out of the reach of children
• Do not use Gymform® Electro
Fat Reducer in conjunction with any
other device that transfers electrical
current to the body or with any other
machine.
• Do not modify the unit.
• If the electrodes are not in full
contact with the skin, the Gymform®
Electro fat reducer will not work
properly.
• Do not use on the face
• Do not use Gymform® Electro
Fat Reducer without conductive gel
as it will not work properly.

USE:
1- Remove the battery compartment
cover and install 4 AA batteries (not
included) according to the polarity
symbols (polarity is indicated in the
battery compartment for correct
