Water is leaking from the bottom of the washing machine.

The drain hose may be clogged or bent. >>> Clean or straighten the hose.

The pump filter is blocked. Turn and remove the filter from the pump.
The duration will be corrected automatically just after the programme starts.

Check whether the washing machine has not stopped temporarily due to low voltage.
>>> It can resume operation when the voltage returns to normal.
The water going into the machine is immediately draining back out.
•
The height of the drain hose is not appropriate. >>> Connect the water drain hose as
described in the manual.
No water is visible in the machine during washing.
•
The water level is not visible from outside the machine. >>> This is not a problem.
The loading door won't open.
•
The door lock is activated because of the water level in the machine. >>> Drain the
water from the machine by starting the Spin+Drain programme.
•
The machine is heating the water or is in the spin cycle. >>> Wait for the programme
to finish.
•
The Child Lock mode is activated. The door lock will be deactivated two minutes after
the end of the programme. >>> Wait two minutes for the door lock to disengage.
•
The loading door must be blocked because of the pressure on it. >>> Grasp the
handle, push and pull the loading door and then release and open it.
•
If there is no power supply, the appliance's loading door does not open. >>> To open
the loading door, open the pump filter cap and push the emergency handle on the
back of the pump filter cap. See 'Locking the Loading Door.'
Washing time takes longer than the manual allows.(*)

Water pressure is low. >>> The machine waits until an adequate amount of water
is drawn off to avoid poor quality washing due to the low water quantity. This is the
reason for the longer washing time.
•
The voltage may be low. >>> The washing time is extended to avoid poor washing
results when the supply voltage is low.
•
The water inlet temperature may be low. >>> More time is needed to heat the water
during the cold seasons. In addition, the washing time can be extended to avoid poor
washing results.
•
The number of rinses and/or the amount of rinse water may have increased. >>> The
machine increases the amount of rinsing water when a good rinse is required and
adds an additional rinsing step if necessary.
•
Excessive foam may have formed and the automatic foam absorption system may
have been activated due to excessive washing product. >>> Use the recommended
amount of washing product.
The timer has stopped. (On models with display) (*)
