Use the following procedure to adjust the
cutting width:
1.
Loosen the wing screws (5) on both sides.
2.
Adjust the parallel guide fence.
3.
Tighten the wing screws (5) on both sides.
The cutting width is adjusted.

In addition, the parallel guide fence can also be used as a double support for a better
guidance of the hand-held circular saw. Simply turn it over (the guide tab (24) points
upwards).
Alternatively, you can guide the machine with the parallel guide fence along a guide rail
or a wooden ledge fixed on the workpiece. This requires the parallel guide fence to be
rotated so that the guide tab (24) points upwards.
5.10 Working with special accessories
Various special accessories are available for the machine. An overview can be found in chapter 8 Optional
accessories.
Some utilization methods are explained below.
5.10.1 Working with the guide rail
The plunge cut saw can be used with the guide rails that are available as special
accessories.
Use the following procedure to set the guide
with the rail:
1.
Adjust the two setting wheels (11) such that
the machine moves without play in the guide
of the rail.
