Air Fried Sweet Potato Chips
Serves 1 to 2

1 large sweet potato (2 cups)
•
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
•
Cinnamon sugar or brown sugar, optional
1.
Wash the sweet potato and peel if desired.
2. If available, use a mandolin to cut thin and even potato chips.
3. To cut by hand, first cut potato in half, and with the flat side on the cutting board, hand cut
into very thin chips.
4. Place vegetable oil into a large bowl. Add raw potatoes and use your hands to mix well,
making sure every chip is oiled on all sides. NOTE: Spray oils may be substituted.
5. Transfer oiled chips to the frying basket
6. Set Air Fryer to 325ºF and air fry for 15 minutes.
Shake the frying basket vigorously halfway through air fry time.
7.
Increase heat to 350ºF and air fry for 5 minutes.

8. Remove from Air Fryer. Sprinkle hot potatoes with cinnamon sugar or brown sugar for a
special sweet treat.
