This appliance has a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase,
considering the following notes:
• Guarantee is only valid showing the invoice or purchase ticket.
• Damage caused during transportation, negligence, incorrect
installation or installation, and external influences such as:
atmospheric or electric rays, floods, humidity, etc. are not covered
by the guarantee.
It's normal to hear the sound of the engine often,
plus it will need to work harder when it does:
The set temperature is colder than necessary
A large amount of hot food is fed into the
device.
The room temperature is too high.
The doors have been left open for a long time or
they open and close continuously.
After installing the appliance or if it has been
switched off for a long period of time
The water tank (located at the bottom rear of
the appliance) may not be correctly positioned
to collect water, or the water spout is blocked.
You may need to remove the cooler from the
wall to check the container and outlet pipe.
The LED light may be damaged. Follow the
instructions in the section "Cleaning and
maintenance".
The control system may have deactivated it
because the doors have been open for a long
time. Close and open the door to reactivate the
light.
