Chocolate Fountain Use Instructions
This appliance is for household use only.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any
parts of the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable mate-
rials, gases or burning flames.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every pe-
ople without experience or technical ability to use
the appliance if they are not properly watched over.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
used by or near children.

Instructions for use
First use
When using the appliance for the first time, wash the conveyor shaft and the tower with water, and dry them
all. Clean the heating tray with a wet cloth and dry it well. Do not immerge main unit into water or other liquids.
How to use it
Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
Mount the conveyor shaft onto the rotating pin.
Position the tower on top of the conveyor shaft and onto the three tower holder pins.
Make sure the the operating knob is positioned on "OFF"
Connect the the plug to an appropriate electric outlet.
Rotate the operating knob clockwise to the position "HEAT" and the operation indicator light will turn on. Let it
preheat for at least 20 minutes.
Warnings: Use already melted chocolate (or similar liquids). The appliance must not be used to melt
solid chocolate. Never touch the conveyor shaft when it is moving.
Preparation of melted chocolate
Melt about 400 grams of chocolate in a bain-marie by adding a little fresh liquid cream. The consistency must be
rather liquid. If the chocolate is too thick, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, milk or fresh liquid cream.
Pour the melted chocolate into the heating tray.
Rotate the operating knob anticlockwise to the position "HEAT MOTOR". The conveyor shaft will start rotating.
The chocolate will be conveyed to the top of the tower and flow down along the tower.
You can dip fruit, cookies and other foods in the melted chocolate, using a wooden skewer or a similar object.
Use a spoon to remove potential remains of solid foods that can hinder the functioning of the conveyor.
