The general installation must have a stop-cock. The water inlets are defined in the "General
dimensions and connections" section with the letter A.
The recommended water pressure is between 2 and 4 bar and the maximum temperature is 60°C
The water inlets on the appliances are ½".
The appliance is installed in accordance with the EN 1717 standard and national water regulations.
Recycling

The product packaging consists of:

A wooden pallet.

Cardboard edge protectors.
•
A polypropylene band.
•
A plastic bag.
All the packaging used around the machine can be recycled; The correct disposal of these products
will help to protect the environment. For further information regarding the recycling of these products,
please refer to the relevant office of the local government. Dispose of these materials in accordance
with current legislation.

Risks of use
5.1
Ignition pipe
You are using a pasta cooker; do not use this appliance for anything other than
what it is designed for, as its operating components may be damaged.
Frequently check the tubs' filling level.
•
It if is insufficiently filled, the temperature may rise too high causing the
appliance to overheat.
•
Too much water may cause the hot water to spill out with the
subsequent risk of burns.
If you are going to use solvents or inflammable cleaning products to remove
any dirt on the tub, always do so when the pasta cooker is cold, the burner
control buttons are switched to Off, and the mains power is disconnected.
Once the products have been used, carefully clean it the tub with plenty of
water.
