Possible Cause(s)
Water supply not
connected properly
1. Seat temperature
set to OFF
2. Eco Mode is ON
Seat sensor override
is turned on
Solution(s)
Make sure that the bidet hose is
correctly connected and tight, and that
water supply shut off valve is open
1. Make sure that the seat temperature
setting is turned on
2. Turn off Eco Mode
Turn off seat sensor override
