Maintenance
• Should the volume of water decrease over time,
first inspect and clean the showerhead(s). If the
problem persists, inspect the cartridge.
• At least once per year, inspect the cartridge,
including the check valves on the rear of the
cartridge. Replace the cartridge if dirty or worn,
or if leaking when in the off position.
Use caution with skin contact to hot water
to reduce the risk of scald injury. Before
servicing the valve, turn the water off
using the stops on the iBox Universal Plus
or at the main shutoff.
