BEEF & QUESO DIP
INGREDIENTS:

1 pound of ground beef
•
1 onion finely diced
•
1 large jalapeño, seeded and minced
•
3/4 cup water
•
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
•
32 ounces cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
•
10-ounce of diced tomatoes
and green chiles
PREPARATION:
•
Add the prepared beef mixture, the cheese and thetomatoes and
chiles. Stir well and cook during 1 or 2 hours on low until the cheese is
completely melted. Keep the slow cooker set to warm to serve during a
party, giving the mixture a good stir before serving.
