COOKING ZONE KIT PLUS – MUCH MORE THAN A SIDE COOKING PLATE, 3 APPLICATION AREAS
The completely newly developed COOKING ZONE KIT PLUS is, as the name suggests, more than a conventional side cooking plate as it opens
up a far wider temperature range. While standard side cooking plates are usually designed for medium and high temperatures, the COOKING
ZONE KIT PLUS can also be used to cook dishes at low heat (pasta sauces, soups, stews, etc.).
This is made possible by a completely new burner design and the option of using the side cooking plate at 3 different heights.
The concave shape of the solid cast iron surface also allows the COOKING ZONE KIT PLUS to be combined ideally with the OUTDOORCHEF
BBQ Wok, which can be used directly on the surface (without the wok adapter ring).
This set consists of the reinforced side table, a support to keep the barbecue stable and the COOKING ZONE PLUS.
High heat
In combination with the control dial, various application areas can be covered
in the high temperature range

Medium heat
In combination with the control dial, various application areas can be covered
in the medium temperature range

in the low temperature range
