Possible cause
No power
Auto protection for overheating

Dustbin and filters are full
The pre-filter is not installed

The brush roller tangled with hairs

Solution
Charge the battery
Restart after cooling down
Check and remove blockages
Clean the dustbin and filters
Install the pre-filter
Remove blockages
Clean the brush roller
Remove blockages
Reinsert the adaptor correctly
Check the main body and battery
are correctly placed
Use the original adaptor
Check the motor and cool it down
Remove blockages
Remove blockages, clean the filter
and dustbin
Clean the dust on the inner sensor
Install the dustbin correctly
Remove the battery pack and let
it cool
