REMOTE CONTROL

This function is available only if you enable the remote control. There are three procedures
to control the Central unit remotely:
1) CALL
2) SMS
3) APP IOS/ANDROID
Procedure 1 - Call
When an alarm is activated, the central unit dials the pre-stored telephone numbers through
PSTN line alerting the user with a voice message. The user can interact with the central unit
following the instructions given in the Table.

You can also control the central unit by directly dialling they identifying phone number (fixed
line or SIM number).
Voice guidance will provide useful indications to control the central unit remotely, according to
the instructions given in the table above. The next steps to directly control the central unit are:
• When you receive confirmation from the voice guidance, enter the access code (user code)
followed by #.
• The voice guidance gives selectable options (same as those shown in the table above). NOTE:
The call ends automatically if you do not send any commands within 30 seconds.
Procedure 2 – SMS
IMPORTANT: Before using this procedure, save an SMS number in the central unit to allow
for the control. Make sure the SIM card requires no PIN code.
The operations that can be carried out via SMS are listed below (the central unit will respond
to acknowledge receipt every time that a command is entered).
