POWER SUPPLY

1. Before first use, make sure the power voltage matches the information on the
appliance rating label.
2. Long detachable power cords or extension cords are available and may be
used if care is exercised in their use.
3. If a long detachable power cord or extension cord is used,the marked
electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as
great as the electrical rating of the appliance. Also, the cord should be
arranged so that it does not touch hot surfaces, is not draped over a
countertop or table top where it may be pulled on by children or tripped
overunintentionally.
4. Never use the appliance if it has malfunctioned in any way or the power
cord or plug is damaged. If the power cord, plug, or appliance is
damaged, the appliance must be returned or replaced by the
manufacturer, an authorized service agent or a similarly qualified person.
5. When disconnecting the appliance from the power supply, pull the power
plug instead of the power cord.
6. Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
7. Do not plug in
the power cord or operate the appliance with wet hands.
8. Keep the appliance and power cord away from hotplates and burners.
9. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is for a polarized outlet in
one orientation. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If still not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Don't attempt to modify
the plug in any way.
10.For additional electrical safety, it is recommended to use a residual
current device (RCD/Safety Switch) with a tripping current not below 12.5
mA in the household wall outlet. Consult a qualified electrician if you are
not sure how to proceed.
