MOUNTING ACCESSORY TO THE TOOL
1. Place the accessory on the X-Lock
Accessory Mount, by aligning the shape
of the Accessory X-Lock Mounting Hub
with the X-Lock Accessory Mount on the
grinder (Fig. 7).

2. Push the accessory into the X-Lock
Accessory Mount. The accessory audibly
clicks as the Clamping Tabs lock into
place (Fig. 8).
3. Check that the edge of the Accessory X-
Lock Mounting Hub is correctly engaged
in the slots of the X-Lock Clamping Tabs
(Fig. 9). If the top surface of the
Accessory X-Lock Mounting Hub is higher
than the "V" shaped Clamping Height
Gage (located on each side of the X-Lock
Accessory Mount), the X-Lock accessory
must not be used until this condition is
eliminated by cleaning the X-Lock
Accessory Mount or replacing the
accessory.
