To insert food during the mixing stage, use the opening for food inser-
tion (2) situated in the bowl lid (10).
If the button (3) is pressed by mistake while the appliance is run-
ning, the appliance stops automatically. In this case, turn the selector
switch (11) to position (0), press the button (3) and lower the arm (1),
then restart processing from where it was interrupted.
WARNING
Do not put fi ngers into the bowl during op-
eration.
•
After use, turn the appliance off by turning the selector (11) to "0" and
disconnect the plug from mains outlet.
ATTENTION
Do not insert the fi ngers into the bowl be-
fore the attachment stops.
•
Press the button (3) and raise the arm (1).
•
Remove the attachment inserted into the drive shaft (9) by pressing it
upwards and rotating it clockwise (Fig. G).
•
Remove the bowl (8) by rotating it counter-clockwise to unlock it.
•
Clean the parts according to instructions in paragraph "Cleaning".
USING THE ATTACHMENTS
Any attachment supplied is to be used for the purpose that it was designed
for, for instance:
•
Dough hook (14): For all yeast doughs (bread or short pastry).
Beating whisk (12): For eggs, whipped cream, batters, cakes without
•
shortening, meringues, ricotta cheese cakes, mousse, souffl és. Do not
use the beater for thick batters and dough (for example for skimmed
cream fat and for sugar), otherwise it could be damaged.
•
Flat whisk (13): For cakes, cookies, pie dough, icing, fi llings, mashed
potatoes, crepes or sponge cake.
