■ When you disconnect the device from
the mains power, always pull on the
mains plug and never the mains cable.
■ Never pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable.
■ Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and to
avoid possible damage.
■ Never place heavy objects on the device
or the connecting cable.
■ Use and store the device at room
temperature, do not expose it to
extreme temperatures or temperature
fl uctuations.
■ Protect the device from other heat
sources, naked fl ames, persistent
moisture and impacts.
IRONING RECOMMENDATIONS
○ Check before ironing whether the garment which is to be ironed has a label with
ironing instructions on it and follow them. Otherwise select the ironing temperature
based on the type of fabric. The recommended temperature and steam settings are:

DEVICE FUNCTIONS
○ As long as the steam button (4)
is pressed, continuous steam will
emerge from the bottom of the iron (9).
○ The automatic safety switch-off func-
tion ensures that the heating function
is switched off when the iron (1) is on
the base (7) for 8 minutes or is resting
on the bottom of the iron and is not
moved for 30 seconds.
○ Home textiles such as cushions,
curtains etc. can be freshened up
with steam and the brush attach-
ment (2) which is also supplied. It can
also be used as a spacer for vertical
steam-ironing of delicate hanging
textiles.
○ The anti-limescale system of the de-
vice removes the lime from the water
if tap water is used instead of distilled
water for steam-ironing.
○ Thanks to the ceramic coating, the
bottom of the iron slides effortlessly
over the fabric.
