6. When the steam which emerges
becomes weaker and the display of the
temperature level fl ashes (because the
device is reheating), place the iron in a
horizontal position and allow it to heat
up. Do not turn the iron upside down!
7. If the water tank (8) is empty, steam
will no longer be produced. Follow the
instructions in the "Filling the Water
Tank" section to top it up.
AFTER USE
Please Note!
■ Shortly after use, the brush attach-
ment may still be very hot. Wait until
the device and the brush attachment
have cooled down completely before
removing it.
1. After ironing, place the iron (1) upright
on its base (7).
2. Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket.
3. Allow the bottom of the iron (9) to cool
down completely.
4. Empty the water tank (8): Open the
water tank lid (15) , hold the iron over a
sink or similar outlet and turn it upside
down. Allow all of the water to run out
of the water tank.
5. Connect the iron to the mains power
again.
6. Use the button + (11) to select the
temperature level MAX and allow the
device to heat up.
7. Press the steam button (4) until the
rest of the water evaporates.
8. Disconnect the device from the mains
and allow it to cool down completely.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■ Do not use any caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents to clean the device.
These may damage the surface. Do
not use any metal objects to remove
dirt from the bottom of the iron.
○ If necessary, wipe down the device
with a damp cloth and then allow it to
dry.
○ If there is no longer any water in the
water tank (8) (see the "Use" chapter –
"After Use"), wind up the connecting
cable.
○ Store the device in a dry, clean, frost-
free place that is not accessible to
children and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
► Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
► Check the fuse of the electrical
distributor (fuse box).
No steam is produced.
The water tank (8) is empty.
► Top up the water tank.
