SOLUTION FILTER CLEANING

1.
Remove the tank assembly from the machine body.
2.
Remove the two rubber gasket (A and B), then remove the filter strainer (C).
3.
Clean and install them on the support (D).
AIR FILTER CLEANING
(Figure 11)
1.
Remove the cover (A), then remove the air filter (B).
2.
Clean the filter.
3.
Install the filter in the housing (C) and close with the cover (A).
TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The machine does not work.
The dirty water vacuuming is
insufficient.
The solution flow to the brush is
insufficient.
The squeegees leave marks on the
floor.

DISPOSAL
Have the machine scrapped by a qualified scrapper.
Before disposal the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
Law in force:

Brush
–
Plastic hoses and components
–
Electrical and electronic components (*)

Refer to the nearest Clarke Center especially when disposal electrical and electronic components.

Possible Cause
The power supply cable or plug is broken.
The start/stop switch is broken.
The recovery tank is full.
The squeegee bars are dirty or the blades are worn
or damaged.
The inspection compartment is dirty.
The recovery vacuum hose is disconnected or dirty.
The air filter is dirty.
The solution filter is dirty.
The solution dispensers are clogged.
There is debris under the squeegee blades.
The squeegee blades are worn, chipped or torn.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Replace the cable.
Replace the switch. (*)
Empty the tank.
Clean and check the squeegee bars.
Clean.
Connect or clean the hose.
Clean the filter.
Clean the filter.
Clean the solution dispensers.
Remove the debris.
Replace the blades.
