OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
EXPRESS COOKING
The numbers 1 through 6 on the
number pad can be used to set
the express cooking programs.
Pressing one of the numbers 1
through 6 will run the microwave
at 100% power for 1 to 6
minutes.
+30SEC FUNCTION
Press the START/+30SEC button
to run the microwave for 30
seconds at 100% power. Press
this button repeatedly and each
press will add an additional 30
seconds to the cooking time.
SETTING THE CHILD LOCK
To set the child lock, press and
hold the STOP/CLEAR button for
3 seconds. The microwave will
beep to indicate that the child
lock is activated. While locked,
the microwave cannot be used.
To cancel the child lock, press
and hold the STOP/CLEAR
button for 3 seconds. The
microwave will beep to indicate
that the child lock has been
deactivated.
DEFROST
The defrosting time and power
level are adjusted automatically
once the weight is entered. The
maximum weight that can be
entered is 5 lbs. 16 oz.
1. Press the DEFROST button.
2. Use the number pad to enter
the weight of the food that
will be defrosted. Weight
must be in pounds and
ounces.
3. Press the START/+30SEC
button to confi rm.
During operation the appliance
will pause and beep to indicate
that the food should be turned
over or stirred. Press the
START/+30SEC button to resume
operation.
