TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The power inverter does
not work.
Power button LED flashes
green at 1 flash every
second.
Power button LED flashes
red for 1 minute at 1 flash
every 0.5 second, then
shuts off.
Power button LED glows
solid red for 1 minute,
then shuts off.
Power button LED flashes
red for 1 minute at 1 flash
every second, then shuts
off.
The inverter cannot
discharge when using
USB-C ports 1 or 2.
CAUSE
Battery pack capacity is
depleted.
The battery pack is too
hot.
Low battery pack charge.
The power inverter may be
overloaded or short-circuit.
The inverter or battery
pack is too heated.
Other electronics error.
No electronics
communication between
the inverter and the
external devices
connected to USB-C ports
1 or 2.
SOLUTION
Charge the battery
pack.
Cool the battery pack
until its temperature
drops below 152°F
(67°C).
Charge the battery pack.
Remove the AC device and
turn the power inverter
on again, see the section
"OVERLOAD OR SHORT
CIRCUIT PROTECTION".
The power inverter or
battery pack is overheated.
Allow the unit to cool
down, then restart the
inverter. See the section
"OVER TEMPERATURE
PROTECTION".
Disconnect your device
and reconnect it again, if
the same fault reoccurs,
please contact EGO
customer service center.
Remove the external
devices and re-insert
them OR
Turn OFF the inverter
and restart it.
