HATO POWER PACK
INSTRUCTIONS
UNBOXING
1. Take out left small box.
2. Take out right small box (c) with accessories inside.
3. Remove cover after opening it 45°.
4. Take the HATO POWER PACK (a) out of the box by holding the
drivers.
5. Take out the wall bracket (b).
NEW INSTALLATION
1. Mark position of 4 holes to mount bracket (b) to wall.
2. Drill 8mm holes (4x).
3. Insert plugs (e) into holes.
4. Fasten bracket with 4 included screws (d).
5. Slide HATO POWER PACK (a) straight down onto bracket (b).
6. Install the locking screw (f).
7. Make all needed electrical connections. Follow connection
schematic for the right article name.
Wire range: 0.2-2.5mm2 / AWG 26-12.
PLACE NEEDED FUSES H AS SHOWN IN STEPS 11 18
8. Place supports (g) in top side of HATO POWER PACK and place
cover back.
9. Follow numbers as shown to fasten screws on cover.
MAKE SURE ALL CABLE GLANDS ARE FASTENED AND ANY UNUSED
CABLE GLANDS ARE CLOSED!
10. Keep at least 10cm between power supplys and hot objects. Keep
at least 5cm between power supply and wall or other objects. Do
not install this product within 15cm of curtains or similar combustible
materials.
WARNINGS!
- Only mount on walls in shown orientation for optimal heat dissipation.
- To minimize the risk of electrical interference, install the power cables apart from the dimming signal cables. Use shielded cables for
signal cables and connect metal shield to metal M16 cable glands.
- Especially keep cables switching heavy (inductive) loads away from signal cables. In case both cables have to cross each other, do
this perpendicular to minimize interference.

FUSE (RE)PLACEMENT
11. Select correct fuse (UL or IEC) (h) and locate the fuse holder.
Discard IEC fuses in case only UL fuses are allowed!
12. & 13. Tilt fuse holder.
14. & 15. Open side of fuse holder. First remove defective fuse if
present. Insert new fuse (UL or IEC).
16. & 17. Close the side and push the fuse holder down.
18. Place fuse holder carton (h) in top side of HATO POWER PACK.
SERVICING
19. Unfasten all 8 screws from cover.
20. Open the cover almost 90° and take out the supports (g)
21. Push the support (g) through hole from box and cover on both
sides of box
22. Perform service with door open and continue with step 8 from
installation when fi nished
