9. Pull out the tips of the plastic
snaps securing the cover to the
carrier shell on both sides.
10. Undo elastic from around back
of seat.
11. Push harness strap, buckle
tongue, and chest clip through
the hip anchor slot in the cover.
Repeat for the other side.
