Problem
If your appliance has stopped working, please check the following before contacting customer services.
1.
Check that the gas or electricity supply has not been switched off.
2. Check that the fuse in the mains consumer unit has not blown.
3. Ensure that the burner components are not excessively soiled as this can lead to ignition problems.
Do not take the appliance apart yourself, as you may damage the hob.
Repairs should only be carried out by a qualified specialist. Improper repairs can lead to considerable
equipment damage as well as danger to the user, and the guarantee will be invalid.
