TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter problems with the device, check the following list:
PROBLEM
The treadmill does not work
Belt speed is not as required
Electrical failure
If an error code is displayed, please check the following table:
ER01
Electrical panel and control communication abnormal event
ER02
The voltage between the control and the motor is not normal.
ER03
Abnormal speed
ER04
Motor overvoltage
ER05 Motor overcurrent
ER06
Supply voltage is too low
- - Safety key is not in the right place
HOW TO SOLVE
Make sure that it is properly connected
and that the switch is turned on.
This is due to a voltage drop, wait until the
voltage returns to normal.
If there is a power failure, the belt
automatically switches off.
If the belt operates abnormally , press
START/ STOP and disconnect it from the
power supply. Leave it disconnected for
a few seconds then reconnect it.
