VIA CEC
If the connected devices support CEC, they can be controlled by sending the following commands without
the need for a remote control. These commands follow the following format:
- [I/O]= input: "I" / output: "O"
- [AA]= port number 01-08 (channel 1-8) or "FF" for all input or output ports
- [BB]= type of device (e.g. TV: 20/40/80; Blu-Ray DVD: 04/08)
- [CC]= type of function (e.g. "44": remote control)
- [DD]= command
