3.4 HELP AND WARNING OF THE SYSTEM
3.4.1 HELP SCREEN.
As shown on the main screen
pressed, it displays a help text for you to understand what is shown and other considerations.
Anytime help screens might be looked up and go back again to user screen.
At any moment you may look these help texts and go back to previous screen and keep using
your Blueface controller.
3.4.2 WARNING OF THE SYSTEM.
• Window: Window active: If your system is managing the opening of the window and this
alert is active, a message will be displayed, shutting the air conditioning. Once the alert is
deactivated, the zone will return to its previous status.
• Presence: Presence detected: If your system is managing the presence detection and this
alert is active, a message will be displayed, activating the Sleep Mode with a shut-off time of
90 minutes. Once the alert is deactivated, the zone will return to its previous status.
• Humidity: Humidity active. In case of having humidity monitoring integrated in your system
to control cooling radiant floor and it activates the alert, a message will be displayed,
shutting off the water supply for the cooling floor. Once the alert is deactivated, the zone will
return to its previous status.
• DHW: Domestic hot water active. In case of integrating DHW management
equipment system and it activates the alert, a message will be displayed, shutting off the
climatization of the zone. Once the alert is deactivated, the zone will return to its previous
status.
• Error 9: Air conditioning communication error. In the case of losing communications with the
indoor air conditioning unit, a message will be displayed, system will open every motorized
outlet and control from the air conditioning controller will be enabled. Once the incidence is
solved, the system will return to its previous status.
• Antifreezing: Antifreezing active. If your system is managing the Anti-freezing functionality
and it is activated (see point 4.4, user menu), a message will be displayed, avoiding that the
zone goes below 12ºC. Once the alert is deactivated, the zone will return to its previous
status.
3.5 CONFIGURATION MENU
•
Working mode (only on master thermostat): This menu defines the working mode for
the system (STOP, Ventilation, Cooling, Heat Pump, Radiant Heating, Combined Heating
and Dehumectation).

Time programming: Use this menu to configure zone temperature time programming.
Schedule working mode on master thermostat. For more information see point 3.7.2.

Remote zone access: Access any zone of your system to modify its parameters: On/Off
status, set-point temperature, working mode, Sleep mode activation and time programming.

Eco-Adapt Function: This function allows you to select the energy efficiency for your air
conditioning installation, by setting energy efficient temperatures (See point 3.3)

Settings: Splits in to three submenus.
