You can adjust the angle of inclination of the lower spar part. This allows you to adapt
the device to your body size.
1.
Rotate knobs #5 by a quarter turn to the left to unlock guide handles #2.
2.
The three positions in the joints (3840)/ the three holes in the brackets (4340) cor-
respond to three heights of the push handle according to your body size. 1 is low-
est, 3 is highest.

Adjust to the proper height, then turn the latches #5 back to lock.
