Detection area
The sensor must be placed vertically, since it is more
sensitive to transverse than vertical movements, depending
on the detection area, it is recommended at a height of
approximately 2.2 meters.
Avoid mounting the detector facing windows or air
conditioners, as sudden changes in light intensity or
temperature can cause false detections.
The sensor is equipped with a standby mode, which avoids
repetitive warnings extending the life of the batteries. When it
is activated more than twice in a row, it enters sleep mode for
3 minutes, if within this period of time it continues to detect
movements, the 3 minutes will start counting from the last
detected movement, once the 3 minutes have passed without
detecting movements, sensor is active again.
