ASSEMBLY OF THE BRUSH CUTTER
The blade fitted to the guard is sharp and can cause injury, always wear gloves
INSTALLATION OF THE GUARD
Insert 2 screws through the guard upper clamp board, line up and insert screws through the 2 screw
holes in the guard (Fig 1)
Lay the brush cutter on its back, tighten the 2 screws from underneath through the lower clamp board
(Fig 2).

INSTALLATION OF THE NYLON HEAD
Lay the brush cutter on its back with the gearbox shaft facing up.
Rotate the gearbox shaft until the hole in the holder A lines up with the hole in the gear box (Fig 3).
Insert the bar wrench into the hole in the gearbox and into holder A (Fig 3).
Screw the nylon head anti-clockwise (turn left) onto the threaded shaft on the end of the gearbox.
Make sure that the nylon head is securely locked in position (Fig 4).
Remove the bar wrench.
