ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling.
Find a large, clean area to assemble your unit. Please refer to the parts list and
assembly diagrams as necessary.
S T E P 0 1 With the help of
another person, remove the
griddle body from the packaging
and lay it upside down on a smooth,
flat surface.

Attach the wheels to the griddle legs
then push the four (4) control knobs
onto the front of the griddle body.
S T E P 0 2
Pull the locking pin to
release the leg assemblies and raise
them to a vertical position.
S T E P 0 3
Use two (2) large thumb screws to install the bottom shelf
between the leg assemblies.
