Cause
Electrofusion
machine is
overheating or
operating at too
high an ambient
temperature.
Operating at too
low an ambient
temperature.

while welding,
e.g. as a result
of moisture on
electrical

connections.
Rectification
▶ Let electrofusion
machine cool down
until the trouble
indication goes out. Do
not disconnect
machine from power
supply system to make
sure that the fan
operates.
▶ Do not expose the
electrofusion machine
to direct sunlight.
▶ Only operate the
electrofusion machine
in the permitted
temperature range.

▶ Disconnect the mains
plug.
▶ Keep electrofusion
tool, all cables as well
as Geberit electro-
fusion coupling,
Geberit electrofusion
tape for anchor point
or Geberit electro-
fusion coupling with
integrated thermal fuse
dry and clean.
