GENERAL INFORMATION
• Prevent cavitation in the hydraulic motor
• Given the maximum capacity of the hydraulic motor, the tubes (in addition to the fittings, valves, etc.) must be at
least 1". If the pipes are very long it may be useful to increase them
• Avoid high back pressure to the motor
• Before starting the motor it is necessary to fill the oil casing. It is also necessary to use the output for drainage that
remains high (with motor mounted) to ensure that the casing remains filled with oil.
• Filter the hydraulic oil with a filter of 25 µm or finer
• We recommend keeping oil with a viscosity of at least 20 cSt. In the case of ISO VG 46 oil, this means that the
temperature must not exceed 70°C in the motor. In the case of such a risk it would be necessary to create a motor
casing flow (we recommend 20 l/min of cooled oil).
